Renting the James River Community Hall
The Hall of James River Community Association is available for rent and can host a diverse range of events. It features a spacious 40' by 80' area and an adjoining 20' by 40' covered patio. Fully equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen is an ideal venue for culinary events. The main floor can easily seat up to 150 guests for a sit-down meal. In addition, the James River Hall offers a yard rental service, complete with exciting features such as horseshoe pit, firepit, and playground.
Kindly bring a printed copy of both the hall rental agreement and checklist when making a reservation. The agreement must be completed prior to collecting the key, while the checklist can aid you in cleaning up the area. Please inform us should you need assistance in obtaining these documents.
